Received Nearly 15,000 Contributions, Building On Record-Breaking Fundraising Pace
BRENTWOOD, TN – Marsha Blackburn today announced she raised $1.23 million during the first quarter of 2026 from nearly 15,000 contributions. This brings the total she has raised since announcing in August 2025 to $6.73 million.
“Thank you to every single person who has supported our campaign, be it through prayers, sharing our conservative vision for Tennessee’s future, or the financial support that makes our campaign possible,” said Marsha Blackburn. “Tennessee’s values and our conservative vision for the Volunteer State are worth fighting for, and every single penny helps us ensure that together, we can make Tennessee America’s conservative leader.”
“Team Marsha isn’t just a campaign; it’s a grassroots movement, and that’s evident in this quarter’s fundraising report,” said Campaign Treasurer and Knox County Mayor Glenn Jacobs. “As our next Governor, Marsha Blackburn will continue her fight for conservative values, bringing unprecedented growth and prosperity to Tennessee. Her momentum grows each day, and it’s not slowing down anytime soon – join us!”
Last reporting period, Marsha for Governor raised over $5.5 million in just five months. The huge influx of contributions literally broke the state’s campaign-finance reporting system and set a record for contributions received by a gubernatorial campaign in any reporting period.
Blackburn continues to hold a commanding lead in the Republican gubernatorial primary, with recent polling showing a 51-point lead over her closest competitor. Polls taken earlier this year by Tennesseans for Student Success and the Beacon Center follow the same trend, further indicating her position as the clear front-runner in the governor’s race.
